Faulty Items

Little Sticks Ltd is sure you will love the products you purchase on the web site. If our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault, or are not fit for the purpose described, we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If your goods arrive damaged, or are otherwise faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please keep the goods and all packaging in the same order as they arrived. We will arrange for the return of the damaged goods and for replacements to be sent to you.

Unsuitable Items / Exchanges

Unused items, in original condition, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email us before you return the item(s) so we are made aware of their return.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. The customer must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned. The return may not be accepted if the return is not in original condition.

Merchandise must be returned with:

  • Original packing slip or invoice
  • Customer's email address, phone number and shipping address

If the original packing slip or invoice is not included, a refund will not be possible. We may only offer an exchange for something else on our web site.

Please note, with unsuitable items and exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping in both directions.

We do not accept back unsuitable item returns or exchanges if an item has been used.
